Robin Eekhof started Total Well–Being so she could put people on a path to a healthier lifestyle with the objective that the pursuit of wellness becomes part of one’s everyday routine. It is my passion to teach, motivate and train people to make behavioral changes in their daily lives so that they will feel more energized, stronger, alert, and fit.
