Robin Eekhof graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. As a NASM, National Academy Of Sports Medicine, and AFAA, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, certified personal trainer, she has a broad background in sports training, with management and nutrition.

Robin started Total Well–Being to take her passion for a healthy lifestyle public by focusing on personal fitness and nutrition. She has been featured in the Commercial Appeal, Collierville Herald, Shelby Sun Times and Germantown News for her commitment to bringing health and wellness awareness to area Memphis schools. She has also been personally recognized by U.S. Federal Representative Harold Ford, JR for her commitment to fitness.

Robin brings perspective and hope to those individuals stuck in unhealthy eating and fitness patterns. She encourages those who have tried and "failed" to gain control of their eating and exercise habits to get up and try again. She believes that finding the right help can make all the difference.

Robin is an avid competitive runner and has run numerous Marathons, 10k and 5k races. She is certified by the American Red Cross in CPR and first aid. Originally from Ohio, Robin has been married to husband John for 14 years and has three children - Jacob 14, Zachary 11, and Grace 7. The Eekhof Family resides in Darien.

Total Well-Being was founded on the principle that we all have the power to modify our habits regardless of age, and that fitness and nutrition are key essentials to changing anyone’s lifestyle. I will develop, evaluate and execute a health and fitness program based on my clients’ individual needs. I will strive to deepen their commitment to fitness and nutrition; qualities I believe are essential to leading a long and healthy life. I will provide my clients the guidance and encouragement to make the necessary changes in their lives for better overall health.
