Boot Camp Challenge: Now Enrolling February - April Sessions

This program consists of three different elements: assessments, nutritional guidance and exercise program. Assessments include health history, body compositions and measurements, cardiovascular and muscular endurance which are done at beginning and end of session. Nutritional guidance includes providing feedback based on entries of recording daily food intake. Back-to-basics exercises such as; core and cardio endurance training, calisthenics, strength training and agility drills for all abilitites.

Focus is given to any medical guidelines that directly affect program design. Trainers will learn about pelvic tilts, kegel exercises, core training, diastesis recti, joint laxity and more. ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) guidelines are followed.
