Fitness Assessment
The Fitness Assessment is a tool that helps measure your current fitness level. This in depth analysis allows me to customize a wellness program that meets your specific individual needs.
This includes determining your resting and exercise heart rates, muscular endurance and strength, aerobic capacity, body fat analysis, upper and lower body flexibility, body circumference and your waist to hip ratio.
Personal Training
You will receive individualized attention, guidance and motivation to maximize the chances that you reach your goals.
Nutritional Advice & Motivation
I will support you, motivate you and help you make the right choices throughout your training. I will be your lifestyle coach. I will share healthy recipes; wellness related articles or just simply be their when you need support. I will give you the tools and show you how to use them so you can continue this lifetime journey for a healthier you.
For just one hour per session, just put yourself first. This is your time and you deserve it.
